Following the deliverance, the singer decided to keep a low profile regarding his sex addiction. He acknowledged the impact it had on his life and career, recognizing the need to address it and make positive changes.

Additionally, Olakira admitted to having a particular fascination with women who wear waist beads. He described it as a curiosity that would often captivate him, leading him to be drawn towards women who adorned themselves with waist beads.
