Nollywood luminary Nkem Owoh has issued his first official statement subsequent to the passing of his daughter.
As reported by TSZ Naija, the esteemed actor’s 24-year-old daughter succumbed to liver cancer on June 28.

Following two months of grieving, the family laid her to rest on August 24 in Enugu State, at her father’s ancestral hometown.
On his Instagram page, Nkem Owoh conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to all who extended their love and support during this difficult period for him and his family. He acknowledged that when tragedy strikes, the knowledge that you are not alone is deeply heartwarming.
The veteran actor shared that his daughter’s untimely departure has introduced an unforeseen change in his life, and the sense of loss he is experiencing is profound.
Despite this, he acknowledged that the encouragement and comfort he has received from those around him have been instrumental in helping him navigate through this challenging time.
