During a live interview with Daddy Freeze, Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus shared further details about her ongoing defamation case involving Tiktoker, Ego.
Eniola Badmus explained that she had reached out to Ego privately via Direct Message, urging her to take down the defamatory video and preserve her reputation. However, Ego responded rudely, which led to her arrest.

“When I contacted her through her DM, pleading with her to remove the video and not tarnish my reputation, she responded by telling me to shut up. That was the point where I decided to involve my lawyer and file a petition,” Eniola disclosed.
The actress vowed to ensure that Ego faces the consequences of defaming her character. While Eniola typically refrains from responding to social media comments about her, she emphasized that she would use all her resources to bring Ego down.
Eniola Badmus elaborated, “Normally, I don’t engage with people on social media no matter what they say about me. I won’t respond to you (on social media) unless you’re Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola, Jagaban (Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu), or his son Seyi Tinubu. I simply don’t have the time.”
She continued, stating her belief that Ego is working for certain individuals who seek to damage her reputation.

Eniola expressed deep concern over Ego’s claim of having sexual relations with various politicians, a serious accusation she could not take lightly.
Eniola Badmus remained adamant that Ego should be taken to court and be required to provide evidence to substantiate her claims. As Ego allegedly admitted that she was paid to defame Eniola, the actress wants the truth to be revealed and justice to prevail.
