Regarding a recent decision, Charly Boy has stated that he does not anticipate receiving justice from the Presidential Election Petition Court.

The court declared that President Bola Tinubu had not been convicted in the United States and dismissed the argument made by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, that Tinubu needed to win 25 percent of the votes in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to be declared president.

Justice Haruna Tsammani, who headed the five-member bench, emphasized that voters in the FCT, Abuja, held equal importance to voters in other Nigerian states and that Abuja did not possess any special status.

In response, Charly Boy expressed his skepticism regarding the prospect of receiving justice in such matters. He conveyed his belief that the ruling highlighted that Nigerians may not have grown weary of enduring hardships.
