Big Brother Naija ‘Shine Ya Eye’ winner, Hazel Oyeze Onoduenyi, popularly known as Whitemoney, has opened up about his post-show career choices.
Contrary to his fame for cooking meals during the reality show, Whitemoney revealed that he didn’t pursue cooking ventures after the show because no brand approached him for such a deal.
Speaking on ‘The House Chronicles’ podcast, Whitemoney shared that singing had always been his forte even before entering the Big Brother Naija house. He had a background in music, particularly in highlife, and had been involved in music for a long time, even leading a band.
Despite his culinary skills displayed during the show, Whitemoney stated that the opportunities that came his way after the show were not related to cooking, and no cooking brand approached him for a deal.
He expressed his surprise that people questioned his singing talents, as he was the one responsible for composing 99% of the music created in the Big Brother house.
It was previously rumored that Whitemoney had been signed to Banky W’s record label, Empire Mates Entertainment, in October 2022, but Banky W denied such claims.
