Ghanaian singer, Sarkodie, has finally addressed actress Yvonne Nelson’s accusations that he coerced her into having an abortion.
According to TSZ Naija, Yvonne Nelson recently released her memoir, in which she detailed how Sarkodie impregnated her, denied responsibility, and urged her to terminate the pregnancy.

In response, Sarkodie released a diss track where he criticized Yvonne for playing the victim and emphasized that she should take responsibility for her own choices in life.
He urged Yvonne to disclose the other men she had been involved with, suggesting that she had a promiscuous lifestyle.

Earlier this month, Yvonne Nelson made headlines with the revelation of her affair with rapper Sarkodie.
In her memoir titled ‘I Am Not Yvonne Nelson,’ released on June 18, she opened up about her decision to terminate a pregnancy involving Sarkodie.
In a chapter titled ‘A Difficult Decision,’ Yvonne shared her personal journey of dealing with an unexpected pregnancy and the difficult choice she made at that time.
She described the emotional turmoil she experienced when Sarkodie refused to take responsibility for the child due to his involvement with another girlfriend. Yvonne admitted that she regrets the decision she made.
Yvonne also highlighted the significant impact this experience had on her life and the strength she found in making a decision she believed was best for herself and her circumstances.

In her memoir, Yvonne revealed her attempts to abort the baby using concoctions provided by a colleague, but unfortunately, they did not work as a subsequent test confirmed she was still pregnant.
She further recalled successfully aborting the pregnancy but expressed deep regret, stating that it was one of the most lamentable mistakes of her life. If she could turn back time, she would undo it.
