While Mercy is currently on a Holy pilgrimage in Mecca, she shared a photo of herself in traditional Muslim attire on her social media.

Captioning the photo as “Hajia Minnah with the ‘H'”, one fan commented, pointing out the striking similarity between the actress and her husband. The fan expressed that Mercy Aigbe is gradually taking on the appearance of her husband, and emphasized that love is a beautiful thing.

A few weeks prior, Mercy Aigbe had revealed her new Muslim name, embracing her husband’s religion. She announced to the public that she is now known as Hajia Minnah, a name given to her by her husband, Kazim Adeoti.
Mercy explained that Minnah is a beautiful Islamic name, meaning “Mercy” or “Gift from Allah.” She acknowledged that the name may not be widely recognized, but its powerful and unique meaning resonated with her, hence her husband’s suggestion.
