Sulaimon Shekoni Solomon, better known by his stage as Khaid, has spoken candidly about his path to fame, admitting that he worked odd jobs until getting signed by comedian Sydney Talker to Neville Records.

The 18-year-old musician shared that he had worked as a painter and a car mechanic at different points in his life before achieving stardom. He made this revelation during his appearance on the Hip TV program “Trending,” hosted by reality star KimOprah.

Khaid, known for his track “Anabella,” expressed his belief that he was destined for greatness from the outset. He emphasized that the menial jobs he engaged in were merely a part of the larger process.

He stated, “I view everything as part of a greater plan. During the time I worked as a car mechanic, I was aware that it was simply a phase programmed for me to experience.

I knew it was essential for me to be there during that time, but I also knew it was not my permanent destination.
