Yoruba actress, Deborah Ajijolajesu Shokoya, popularly known as Debbie Shokoya, is celebrating her birthday in a special way this year as she marks it as a wife.
Earlier this year, she tied the knot with her lover, and now she refers to herself as “Iyawo Imam,” which means the wife of a cleric.

Back in February, Debbie Shokoya got engaged on Valentine’s Day, when her partner surprised her with a proposal. The couple later tied the knot in a low-key ceremony.
Before her marriage, Debbie had openly expressed her desire to get married, and she had hoped to settle down in 2022 with her partner and build an empire together.
