Recently, Chisom had accused Davido of impregnating her and coercing her into terminating the pregnancy. She claimed that Davido had promised her a sum of N10 million to carry out the abortion, but failed to fulfill his promise.

However, in a recent Instagram story, Chisom revealed that she has faced severe consequences for her allegations, including losing her job and being disowned by her family. She expressed regret for her actions and the negative impact it has had on her life.
Chisom extended her apologies to Davido and Nigerians as well, acknowledging that she had wrongly dragged the artist into the situation. She promised not to repeat such actions in the future.

In her Instagram story, Chisom wrote:
“I have just lost my job, family, and friends, including the brand I work for… I sincerely apologize to David for dragging HIM out like that… and also to Nigerians for dragging your favorite. I apologize…”
