Blessing Okoro, the relationship guru Blessing CEO, addresses allegations of a romantic involvement with businessman IVD (Ikechukwu Ogbonna).

In an interview with Punch, Blessing Okoro argued that having someone’s name tattooed does not necessarily imply a personal relationship. She revealed that IVD has tattoos of his late wife’s name, her face, and the names of all his children on his body.

She explained, “One can tattoo anybody’s name on one’s hand. I have Denrele’s name on my hand; does it mean I am dating him? I have more than five people’s names on my hand, and we are not related.

IVD also has his (late) wife’s name, her face, and the names of all his children tattooed on his body. I did not know IVD at the time the matter was trending. I defended him innocently. If I had something to do with him, I would not even say a word.”

Blessing Okoro responded to the criticism of her attire, which some have called “tacky,” by defending her clothing choices. She insisted that she dresses elegantly and that folks are only searching for conversation starters.

She clarified that her choice of attire depends on the situation, arguing that a suit wouldn’t be acceptable for the beach and that wearing a bikini shouldn’t be considered “tacky.”

However, Okoro denied any connection to the woman and stated that she had merely discussed the case on social media like any other topic. She believed that the woman sought attention and she chose not to engage with her.
