Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have announced the new name of their baby boy to Aire. While making the announcment on Instagram on Saturday, the makeup maker also released a full-body shot of her son for the first time.
Jenner and the 11-month-old posed for a sweet mirror selfie in one snap, while the youngster sat in his high chair with food splattered on his bib in another.
Jenner, 25, and Scott, 31, called their son Wolf Jacques Webster at first, but Jenner announced on March 21 that they had altered the name.
Taking to Instagram Story, Kylie wrote, “FYI OUR SONS NAME ISN’T WOLF ANYMORE.”
She explained, “WE JUST REALLY DIDN’T FEEL LIKE IT WAS HIM. JUST WANTED TO SHARE BECAUSE I KEEP SEEING WOLF EVERYWHERE.”
People later quoted a source as saying that while the couple “liked Wolf” at first, they ultimately “wanted to choose the perfect name that they both loved.”
The mother of two has been releasing photographs from her pregnancy on Instagram since February 2, as well as a home movie titled “To Our Son” on her YouTube account, which includes intimate footage from the moments leading up to her baby’s delivery.
The vlog included Kylie’s first doctor’s checkup, her 4-year-old daughter Stormi telling grandma Kris Jenner about her sibling, and Kylie’s giraffe-themed shower.
The video ended with audio of a doctor telling Kylie, “He’s out! Your son is here!” Viewers could then hear Scott proudly saying, “What’s up, boy? What’s up, big boy?”
