Nollywood Actor, Yomi Fabiyi criticizes his senior colleague and TAMPAN President Mr Latin over remarks on veteran actors in need.
According to a report by TSZ Naija, Mr Latin defended his position by stating that those seeking assistance are not members of TAMPAN.

In response to Mr Latin’s remarks, Yomi Fabiyi advised him to refrain from impulsively reacting to every news item on social media. He suggested that Mr Latin appoint a Special Adviser on Media to carefully review and censor his statements to prevent further mistakes.
Yomi Fabiyi addressed Mr Latin in a broadcast, acknowledging his role as the President of TAMPAN and a leader of professionals in the association. However, he reminded Mr Latin that he should exercise caution before responding to issues and not treat social media matters with the same urgency as official matters.
Yomi Fabiyi emphasized the importance of having a media adviser to ensure well-thought-out responses. He warned that as a human, Mr Latin might inadvertently make mistakes, as he did by denying that actors seeking help were not members of TAMPAN.
Recently, veteran actor Pariolodo also called out Mr Latin for not providing him with the assistance he needed. Pariolodo expressed his disappointment and frustration with Mr Latin’s neglect, highlighting his decades-long experience in the industry and emphasizing that they are not equals in terms of age and career.
