Former Big Brother Naija 2019 Housemate, Tacha, has disclosed her reason for not participating in the ongoing ‘All-Stars’ reality show.
As reported by TSZ Naija, several selected housemates from previous editions of the show, including Mercy, WhiteMoney, Venita, Neo, Ike, Cee-C, Cross, Angel, Alex, Seyi, Kiddwaya, and others, made a return to the reality TV show on Sunday.
After former colleague, Mike Edwards, responded to media personality Toke Makinwa’s question about housemates who should have been added but weren’t, Tacha opened up about her absence. The social media influencer stated that the show’s organizers had declined to pay her to make a comeback.
In her explanation, Tacha, who hails from Rivers State, revealed that the reason for her absence was due to the organizers’ refusal to meet her increased financial demands for her return. Indicating that her price for participating had gone up, she asserted that they were not willing to pay the amount she had asked for.
In response to Mike’s enthusiastic recommendation of her for the all-stars lineup, Tacha candidly stated that the reluctance to pay her fee was the main factor preventing her from participating in the show.
This revelation sheds light on the negotiations and financial aspects involved in bringing former housemates back for a special ‘All-Stars’ edition, highlighting how monetary considerations can play a significant role in the decision-making process for participants and organizers alike.
