Following the successful release of Blaqbonez’s debut album, Sex Over Love, which peaked at #1 on Nigeria’s Apple Music’s Top Album Charts, The Chocolate City Music star has released the deluxe edition of his amazing “Sex Over Love” album.
The album includes several of Blaq’s hit singles, including “Haba,” “Bling,” “Fendi,” and “Okwaraji,” as well as five new additional tracks with a variety of electrifying features.
Blaqbonez invokes a strong continental impulse across all tracks on the project’s deluxe edition. The deluxe version includes remixes of a couple of his old hit songs as well as a brand new song on which he collaborated with Oxlade.
Consistent with Blaq’s penchant for concept-driven musical projects, the project is set to re-establish him as Africa’s best pop star while also spreading his Sex over Love gospel. The deluxe project, like the album, follows a central theme, broaching the topics of sex and love from a variety of unique perspectives.
