In the Big Brother Naija ‘All-Stars’ house, Neo Akpofure recently explained why he nominated his fellow housemate, Tolanibaj, for immunity despite his cousin, Venita Akpofure, also being a contestant in the house.
During the nomination process called ‘Pardon Me Please,’ Neo nominated Tolanibaj for immunity from this week’s eviction. In return, Tolanibaj also nominated Neo for the same immunity.

This decision surprised many viewers, especially because Venita had always defended Neo during conflicts with other female housemates. She had even confronted and criticized another housemate, Ilebaya, when she tried to get close to Neo during the first week of the show.
In his diary session on Tuesday, Neo clarified that he nominated Tolanibaj for immunity because she is loyal to him, and they have each other’s backs.

He emphasized that loyalty is something he values greatly and that he shares this trait with Tolanibaj.
Neo’s choice to support Tolanibaj for immunity was based on the strong bond of loyalty they share, despite his cousin Venita’s presence in the house. He values this connection and believes that Tolanibaj will always have his back, just as he will have hers.
