The news comes as the actress, who recently celebrated her 41st birthday on August 9th, opened up during an interview with her fellow colleague Biola Adebayo on the YouTube program, Talk to B, as reported by TSZ Naija.

In a snippet shared on Biola’s Instagram page, Allwell recounted her dating experiences, revealing that her plans for marriage were abruptly shattered in 2005 due to the untimely death of her beloved.

She recounted that their plans were halted by a tragic incident where her partner was shot during a phone conversation.

The impact of this harrowing event left Allwell stunned and traumatized for a prolonged period of two years. She described the experience as rendering her speechless and struggling to come to terms with the loss.

During her discussion about her journey within the film industry, the actress shed light on the dynamics of her familial support.

She shared that while her mother had always been a steadfast pillar of encouragement in her pursuit of entertainment, her father had never endorsed or supported any endeavors related to the entertainment field.

Allwell’s words further revealed the depth of her personal experience: “My journey has been buoyed by my mother’s unwavering support, as my father maintained a firm stance against anything linked to the entertainment realm.

Our last conversation was over the phone, and it was during that call that he was shot. The trauma was profound; my thoughts were in disarray for a span of two years, and I vividly remember how my phone slipped from my grasp, leaving me utterly speechless.”
