Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi, known as Seyi Vibez, says his music career was inspired by Nigerian singer Runtown.
According to Seyi Vibez, Runtown was one of the musicians who inspired him to pursue a career in entertainment.

The artist made this disclosure while he was on a trip with Runtown and UK-based author and podcaster Adesope Olajide, aka Shopsydoo.
In a video that appeared online, Adesope claimed that Runtown was the one who first introduced him to Seyi Vibez’s music four years earlier.
Responding to the comment of the podcaster, he disclosed that the “Mad Over You” singer served as both his mentor and the driving force behind his entire career.
