Hilda Effiong Bassey, commonly known as Hilda Baci, a renowned chef and Guinness World Record holder for the longest cooking marathon by an individual, has claimed that she auditioned for the Big Brother Naija reality program many times but was unsuccessful in getting a position.
During a recent interview on Cool FM’s show “The Big Friday Show” hosted by Tacha, Hilda Baci shared her experiences with trying to become a part of the BBNaija show.

She explained that she attempted to audition for Big Brother Naija about four or five times with the intention of using the platform to promote her cook-a-thon.
However, despite her efforts, she wasn’t able to make it onto the show. She expressed her aspirations to participate in Big Brother Naija and subsequently launch her cook-a-thon project.

Hilda Baci’s journey includes recently achieving the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.
She accomplished this feat by cooking for an impressive 93 hours and 11 minutes.
