Sheye Banks, Goya Menor’s ‘Ameno Amapiano’ crooner has said that one of the goals he aims to achieve with his music is to promote hypemen.
The singer who rocked the world after the release of Goya Menor’s ‘Ameno Amapiano’, became a TikTok hit and first soared through popularity through the clubs and the Hype men who deployed it to gleefully salute partygoers.

Sheye Banks during an interview with Pulse, said, “I usually like to say Radio is my foundation, Hype is my growth, and A&Ring and being a music executive is my roof.”
Like most artists, Sheye Banks grew up listening to a lot of music courtesy of his father who played a lot of music including Fela Kuti, Paul McCartney, Baba Fryo, Daddy Showkey, and WestLife.
